Our venue is equipped with WiFi, allowing you and your attendees to stay connected throughout the event. Ample parking space ensures convenience for all participants. With a state-of-the-art sound system and soundproof environment, your presentations and speeches will be heard with crystal clarity. Additional amenities such as sinks, restrooms, and wheelchair accessibility add comfort and convenience for all guests. Street level access ensures easy entry for everyone.
FLEXIBLE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
Our venue offers a variety of seating arrangements to suit your needs. Whether you prefer round tables or a more open seating arrangement, your event planners can work with you to maximize occupancy and create a comfortable atmosphere. With options like (15) 72″ round tables comfortably seating 180 guests or (16) 60″ round tables accommodating 160 guests, you can tailor the seating to suit your event perfectly. Additionally, our space can accommodate up to 300 chairs for events such as conferences, seminars, and more.
IN-HOUSE EQUIPMENT FOR AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
To further enhance your corporate event experience, we offer in-house equipment available for rent. From an Epson projector and a 102-inch projector screen for visual displays to 75-inch flat-screen TVs with Roku for entertainment, we have the tools to create a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. Our 600W Fender Venue PA and two microphones ensure that your presentations and speeches are delivered with clarity and impact.
Pricing
- Our hourly rate is $450.00 per hour. Your booking must include set up and clean up.
- There is a standard cleaning fee for all events and parties starting at $175.00. Additional fees may apply.
- 4 Hour booking minimum required.
- Disclaimer: If you go over your booking time you will be billed $225.00 per half hour.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
