No. A booking with a 50% deposit is the only way to secure your booking date. No exceptions.

Your load in time starts when your booking time starts.

We suggest booking at least 1-2 hours before and after your event for set up and clean up. Please speak with your event planner to assure you book enough time.

No. Your vendors are welcome to set up a mobile kitchen or prep area within the inside or outside usable space. We can provide power to your mobile kitchen setup.

The event space is available for walk-throughs every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-2pm. Please call and schedule an appointment with management.

No. These spaces are only available for viewing during your event.

The event space is equipped with 4 new swamp coolers. We can also provide a mobile 5 ton air conditioner and heater to the event space upon request.

Parking

Please see the diagram for load in. Vendors parking is located in the 7900 Balboa Blvd lot.

There is public shared parking located inside the lot. Parking is first come first serve. Please do not block our neighbors hangar doors and please obey all signs.

Additional parking is located at 7900 Balboa Blvd lot. And on Stagg St.

There is street parking available on Stagg St but make sure to check all parking signs for time limitations.

Vendor load in is located in our main lot and entrance on Stagg St. After load in, vendors are welcome to park at the 7900 Balboa Blvd lot.

Guests usually enter through the large roll up door in hangar C3.
